Featured Product

ZetaView® NTA Instrument from Particle Metrix

The ZetaView® is a Nanoparticle Tracking Analyser (NTA) for measuring hydrodynamic particle size, zeta potential and concentration. Now available with dual or quad lasers, for enhanced fluorescence measurement capability.

We report on how the renowned Quadram Institute (Norwich, UK) has invested in a ZetaView Nanoparticle Tracking Analyser to help develop a new approach for vaccine delivery based on engineering the natural ability of resident gut bacteria to generate nanoparticle sized Outer Membrane Vesicles (OMVs).

Having tried other commercial particle characterisation systems, we choose the ZetaView® because we find the automated scanning of multiple positions and video analysis capabilities of the unit convenient for quick analysis of our EV preparations. The software is user friendly, and the machine is easy to set up. We can also dilute our samples allowing for minimal loss of sample size for downstream experiments/ analysis.
