Scanning NTA
ZetaView® uses unique scanning NTA technology to take automated measurements at 11 positions through the sample cell, providing a thorough interrogation of samples and increased accuracy, without need for additional accessories. The instrument’s 2 internal pumps can be used to ‘push’ a fresh sub-volume of sample in front of the objective. The result?

Auto-alignment and auto-focus

Multi-laser configuration
With a choice of 1, 2 or 4 lasers in the same system configuration and a 12- position filter wheel, the ZetaView easily enables fluorescent labeling and excitation of one, two or four different flourophores on the same sample, for identification of at least ONE, TWO or FOUR different sub-populations.

ZetaView® Colocalization NTA Feature (C-NTA)
Colocalization Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (C-NTA) is an advanced version of fluorescence-NTA (F-NTA). It not only measures the size and concentration of fluorescently labelled particles but also detects multiple fluorescent targets on a single nanoparticle. Using multiple lasers and specific fluorescence filters, C-NTA can quantify individual fluorescent sub-populations and particles that are double-positive for different surface markers.

- Ultra-fast switching between NTA channels
ZetaView’s new SOP manager supports colocalization experiments with quasi-simultaneously two-channel acquisition. The measurement specifications can be edited and stored ensuring maximum traceability.

As the diffusion behaviour of the sample is already determined by NTA, results are automatically corrected for the loss as well as emerging of new particles, leading to credible colocalization scores.
