COVID-19: We continue to support our customers
In response to the new national restrictions announced 4th January 2021, the Analytik team will once again be largely working remotely. Any calls to our office may be diverted to voicemail, please leave a message or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – we will respond as soon as possible.
As the world health crisis continues, please be assured that Analytik and its manufacturing partners continue to work during this time. Our customers work in very diverse areas of science, which include those involved in medical, pharmaceutical, vaccine and food production, research and development, and we will continue to play our part in using our expertise to support this important work. We took immediate action when the UK first locked down to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and other service providers, and those precautions continue so that we can conduct our business and support our customers in whatever way possible.
We will continue to make customer visits, particularly for preventative maintenance, service and support activities, providing appropriate safety measures are in place. Should you be unable to accept such visits currently, the Analytik team are also available online and via telephone and video conferencing to support your current and future scientific needs. We may also be able to host you in our offices for demonstrations and other support.
