Analytik is now an Employee Ownership Trust

We are thrilled to announce that as of 7th April 2026 Analytik has officially become an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Under the EOT structure, 100% of the shares in the business are now held in trust on behalf of our employees and there are no longer individual shareholders. Analytik Limited continues as before, with our team running the business day-to-day.

By moving to an EOT, we are ensuring that the company remains independent, sustainable, and driven by the people who know it best. Every member of our team now has a meaningful stake in the success we create together.

It means:

• Long term stability: Employee ownership protects the culture and identity built over the last 23 years.
